How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We provide the lowest possible shipping fees starting at $5.95. We may also offer free shipping occasionally.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1 – 3 Working Days.
Shipping time: 11 – 17 Working Days.


Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal.


How to track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an update through your email with a tracking code. You can then track your parcel here: Track Your Order

Note: Due to the carrier system, your tracking code information may take up to 48 business hours to be visible on the carrier website.


How do I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast!

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email [email protected] and we’ll help find an alternative solution.


How to return an item?

We offer 100% refund before the order is shipped. Once it’s shipped we can’t refund since you would receive both goods and the money. If you want a refund after the order is shipped, you have to wait for the order to arrive and ship it back to our address. You can do so within 30 days since we have a 30 days money back guarantee.


I haven't received my order yet - Whom should I contact?

If you haven’t received your order within your chosen delivery time frame, please contact us immediately so we can check the status of your parcel.

You may also contact your local post office if your tracking code shows your parcel has arrived in your city. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping address and phone numbers provided during purchase.
